When Brunch Becomes an Experience I’ve enjoyed brunch at some wonderful places over the years, including The Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees, New Jersey, and Lackawanna Station in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Both stand out because they offer more than just great food—they create an experience. Capriccio’s Bubbles & Brunch at Resorts Casino Hotel has now earned a place on that short list. I was seated on the outdoor patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Boardwalk, and beach on a beautiful summer afternoon. The ocean breeze, the view, and the relaxed atmosphere immediately set the tone for an afternoon I didn’t want to end. DJ Joe Castro provided the perfect soundtrack without ever overpowering the conversation. Guests were smiling, celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, singing along to favorite songs, and simply enjoying themselves. It added so much to the overall experience. The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming from beginning to end. One thing I especially appreciated is that this is not a buffet. Every course was delicious! They’ve shifted to an à la carte menu. They also provide bottomless mimosas, bloody Mary’s, and cocktails. Our server, Cynthia, was very attentive as was the rest of the staff. We were also fortunate enough to have a DJ outside during al fresco dining.

First time came to this restaurant because of the great reviews. We enjoyed our dishes. Service was OK. While we were getting good attendance by the waiters at first, they mostly disappeared during the meal and were hard to track down when we needed them. Only when it came time to pay the check (and tip) did the senior waiter conveniently reappear - but even then was not overly cordial or friendly, nor were the other senior waiters, who were not overly interested in helping us at any point during our meal. The junior servers were better and tried to cover for the more senior ones. But even though the food was decent, based on our experience overall, which was not welcoming or warm, we don’t think we’ll come back anytime soon.

We went here for my sister's birthday dinner. I booked a reservation since we didn't want to wait til a table is open. The interior is beautiful. The bread was very good. As well as the food was very delicious and we have a great time. The waiter was extremely funny and made it a pleasant experience.
